Return & Exchange Guidelines
RETURNS

Our return window is 72 hours. If more than 72 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It must also remain in its original packaging.

Some products are not eligible for return. Perishable goods such as food and meat cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept returns on items classified as intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Frozen items

  • Beverages

  • Snack foods

To initiate a return, we require proof of purchase (receipt) via email, along with photographs of the item taken before consumption or disposal. All products must be inspected immediately upon opening the parcel. Any item that appears damaged, crumpled, torn, or opened must be photographed inside the original box.

All meat products dispatched by us undergo a fast pre-freezing process to maintain top quality, ensuring that they arrive to you with the freshness of a freshly cut product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send an email confirming receipt and inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time for the refund to appear officially.

  3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

If you’ve completed all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@brasilinbox.co.uk.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at  info@brasilinbox.co.uk and post the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once your return has been received and processed, a gift voucher will be posted to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item worth more than £80, we advise using a tracked shipping method or purchasing postage insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
